Liverpool - Threshold to the Ends of the Earth

Liverpool has the most 'listed buildings' outside of London. There is a great contrast between the styles of classic architecture and the much more modern designs. What I particularly like about this photograph is the reflection of the beautiful 'White Star Line' building in the black glass of the modern Mann Island.
